We are seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide individualized case management and support services to adult brain injury survivors in furtherance of their recovery goals.
Full-Time Program Specialist
We are seeking a full-time Program Specialist to support in-person program operations, facilitation, and outreach, and work directly with adults with brain injuries in furtherance of their rehabilitation and recovery goals.
