Members of Jodi House will soon be able to access meditation and sleep services from the Headspace app for free as a part of a partnership with the Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness.
The Department of Behavioral Wellness teamed up with [email protected] to make 5,000 Headspace licenses available to eligible populations within Santa Barbara County. This five-year initiative is being funded by the California Mental Health Services Authority and the Mental Health Services Act Innovations. The mission of the project is to increase the accessibility of mental health services to those in need.
The licenses became available beginning on October 2, 2021. They are provided at no cost for those who qualify for the service.
