March marks Brain Injury Awareness Month as recognized by the Brain Injury Association of America and all brain injury support organizations nationwide. In honor of Brain Injury Awareness Month, Jodi House has dedicated its social media channels to a month-long campaign to inform all followers about brain injury and support our members. 

Jodi House has been selected as the winner of the ‘Locally Owned. Locally Loved.’ campaign put on by KSBY in sponsorship with American Riviera Bank. This opportunity gives Jodi House the opportunity to raise awareness about the organization with several 30-second ad spots airing on KSBY and The CW.

Jodi House has been selected as the 2022 charitable beneficiary of the annual Santa Barbara Association of Realtors Golf Tournament. Proceeds raised during the event will go toward Jodi House and its programs.

Jodi House is partnering with the MealPass app to gain access to free meals for members. The app, which is currently in a pilot test period, allows local restaurants to post about what surplus food they have upon closing time. App users can go on and claim the fresh leftover meals at no cost to them.

Members of Jodi House will soon be able to access meditation and sleep services from the Headspace app for free as a part of a partnership with the Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness.

Jodi House partnered with TVSB to create a 30-second PSA aimed at educating the general public about the work at Jodi House. The clip is being aired on KEYT throughout the holiday season to raise awareness.

Jodi House will expand online and language accessibility to its brain injury rehabilitation services with a $437,500 grant from the California Department of Rehabilitation.
