Jodi House was the beneficiary of this year’s Santa Barbara Association of Realtors Annual Charity Golf Tournament. After weeks of preparation and planning, the tournament was a huge success with a great turnout from the real estate community.
The tournament was at Glen Annie Golf Club in Goleta, with a shotgun start at 12 p.m. Golfers and their friends began arriving around 9:30 a.m. for the festivities, which included a raffle, swag bags and breakfast for all. The driving range and putting green contests followed soon after at 10:30 a.m. where dozens of golfers competed for some great prizes, including $2,500 in cash.
The staff at Jodi House was able to network with several golfers and local businesses about our programs, resources and impact in the community.
In addition to the golf tournament, Jodi House hosted an online auction for everyone to participate in. Prizes included hotel stays, spa treatments, wine tasting experiences and more. Through the auction, the organization was able to raise more than $7,500.
The final amount raised through the tournament has yet to be determined, but Jodi House is grateful to have been selected by the SBAOR for this incredible honor.
