We are so excited to reintroduce our Posture & Stability Class! Taking place on Mondays at 2 PM in-person at Jodi House, this class will focus on balance, core strength, stability, and proper posture, all of which are foundational to overall physical health. Our new instructor, Jessie Hernandez, a Fitness and Holistic Health Coach, will lead us through gentle, effective exercises that are adaptable to everyone’s unique physical abilities. The goal of the class is to improve your posture and stability so you can feel your best. We hope you can join us for this weekly class!
